Alessandra, a busy and hurried woman, reaches her hometown to sell the old family home, the place is linked to a great-aunt, a poet who died young and who through a diary tells of an innocent infatuation for a farmer in her service, identifying with the distant relative, at the end of the day the woman decides to keep the property and returns to the capital more serene.
