<p>On September 28th, we will be joined by Fabrizio Casinelli, Head of Communications at Rai, as a guest at the ninth edition of the Picentia Short Film Festival – Dreamers.</p><p>Born in Arpino (FR) in 1967, he has been a professional journalist since 1998. He began his career collaborating with local radio, TV, and publications before taking on executive roles in political and institutional communications. Since June 2025, he has led Rai's Communications Department.</p><p>An experience that blends history, media, and institutions—Casinelli will bring to the PSFF an insider's perspective on the evolution of public communication in the Italian audiovisual landscape.</p>
